Taivas ja tikka - Sky and Woodpecker

Hailuodossa 24.7. yritin kuvata lentäviä lintuja, mutta en ehtinyt tähdätä kunnolla kamerallani. Kaksi eri sarjalaukausta, joista toiseen kuvasikin jotain ihan muuta kuin lintuja. Kuvasinko meteoriitin tai raketin lennon?

Tuona päivänä laukaistiin kiinalainen Long March 5B raketti, sekä usalainen Falcon 9 Block 5. Long March laukaistiin klo 06.22.32 UTC. Kuvat saa isommiksi klikkaamalla hiirellä jotakin kuvaa.

On Island Hailuoto 24.7. I tried to photograph the flying birds, but I didn't have time to aim properly with my camera. Two different serial shots, one of which depicted something completely different than birds. Did I photograph a meteorite or a rocket in flight?

On that day, the Chinese Long March 5B rocket was launched, as well as the American Falcon 9 Block 5. The Long March was launched at 06:22:32 UTC. I took the photos at 7.10 a.m. (UTC+3), although the camera clock is not correct and I calculated the shooting time manually. I don't know the speeds and revolutions of a rocket around the earth, so I don't know if the phenomenon I photographed was a rocket. The flight path was roughly southeast. It was too fast for an airplane.

Suurennos. Enlarged.

Käpytikka. Great Spotted Woodpecker.

  3. Maybe it was a flying saucer Anu? I hope your week is fine and warm for birding.

  4. ...insects have caused many ash trees to be dying or dead here. The woodpeckers are happy. Keep looking up at the sky and enjoy your week.
