Hello Anu, What a great sighting of the cranes. Great flight captures. Thank you for linking up and sharing your post. Take care, have a great weekend. PS, thank you for leaving me a comment.
Some of the sandhill cranes in our area now stay all year. A few act quite tame, living in parks where there are many humans. They are quite large birds. Of course cranes are not the same as storks, which are the folkloric obstetricians of the bird world.
They look so majestic in flight! A fellow at The Bird Sanctuary told me cranes are one of the species where the ones born this year migrate with their parents.
These birds are so beautiful! Thanks a lot for sharing these pictures with all of us. So calming and relaxing. Wonderful Post! Have a great day! Rampdiary

When the cranes move on, it's a great (and loud) natural spectacle. I haven't heard or seen it this year, but I did last year.
VastaaPoistaMaybe I missed it this time, maybe they're still here, maybe it was disturbed by the heavy storms here, I don't know...
All the best and have a nice Sunday
