Kivitasku

Pimeyden ja sateen tähden en ole ulkona kuvannut viimeaikoina. Tässä 21.6. kuvaamiani kivitaskuja (Oenanthe oenanthe). Poikasesta en ole satavarma, onko se kivitasku, mutta oletan sen olevan.

It is dark and rainy. The camera has not been with me when I have been out. These photos I shot 21.6. The bird is Northern Wheatear.

Vantaanjoki oli torstaina edelleen jäässä.

Longinojan suu.

Malla huolehti hanskastani sillä aikaa, kun kuvasin kameralla.

Yksi Longinojan virtapaikoista.

Sama virtapaikka, sillan päältä kuvattuna, 2.6.

Punakylkirastas on pieni ja kaunis rastas. Sen ääni on yksitoikkoinen ja kantava. Kuvat punakylkirastaasta otin 2.6.

The Vantaa river was still frozen on last Thursday. My dog, Malla, looked after my glove, when I was shooting with my camera.

There are two photo of Longinoja stream. First photo I shot last Thursday and the second photo of Longinoja stream I shot 2.6.

Redwing is a small and beautiful thrush. Its voice is loud and monotone. The photos of redwing I shot 2.6.

Kallio auringossa

Keskiviikkona Mallan kanssa kävelimme Vantaanjoen ympäristössä.

Joki oli jäässä ja Pirunkallio hehkui auringossa. Pirunkallio on 32 metriä merenpinnasta.

Kiipesimme Pirunkalliolle. Hömötiaiset, talitiaiset, punatulkut, mustarastaat, käpytikat ja närhet pitivät metsän puissa ääntänsä. Närhiä on tänä syksynä ollut paljon liikkeellä. Niillä on vaellusvuosi.

Veräjämäen kaupunkipolku: Pirunkallio

On Wednesday I and my dog Malla walked around the Vantaa river. The river was frozen. Pirunkallio ("Devil’s rock") glowed in the sun. We climbed to the rock. The rock is 32 meters above the sea level. In the trees was a lot of Willow tits, Great tits, Bullfinch, Blackbirds and Jays. This fall there have been a lot of Jays.
