Aamukävelyillä

English text is the bottom of post.

17.11 aamulla varhain Viikin pelloilla oli paljon kauriita.

Hulevesialtaalla oli sorsien lisäksi pari haapanaa.

Wigeon

20.11 kiersin Lammassaaren.

17.11 in the early morning there were a lot of deer in the fields of Viikki. In the water were mallards and two wigeons.
20.11 I walked in Lammassaari (“Island of sheeps”). I saw Smews, Tufted Ducks, Goosanders, swans, Goshawk, Hooded Crows, Eurasian Bullfinch, Great Spotted Woodpecker and Blackbirds. The birds were so far away, that it was hard to photograph them. Here are a few photos of Blue Tit and beautiful reeds in the morning sun.

  8. The Blue Tit is so common, yet the pure delight in seeing it eclipses it’s familiarity every time, and it becomes new again.

  23. Ihmettelen aina miten kesyjä nuo kauriit ovat siellä Etelä-Suomessa. Hienot luontohavainnot.
