In recent weeks, I have been watching Common redstarts in Hailuoto island. They have a nest hole in the wall of an old barn.

Both male and female carried food to the chicks without hesitation.
Naarasleppälinnun otsassa on valkea laikku. Yleensä naaraan otsassa ei ole valkoista laikkua.
The female has a white patch on its forehead. Usually, the female does not have a white spot on its forehead.
Lopulta poikaset lensivät pesästä ulos. Kuvan keskellä on juuri pesästä lentänyt poikanen.
Finally, the chicks flew out of the nest.
In the center of the photo is a chick that has just flown from the nest.
