Hailuoto - pohjoisrannalla / on the north shore of the island

P.S Edellisessä postauksessa pohdin olinko valokuvannut raketin. Ursan Taivaanvahdista sain tiedon, että se ei ole raketti, vaan valovääristymä.

In the previous post, I wondered if I had photographed a rocket. I was informed by the astronomical association, Ursa, that it is not a rocket, but a light distortion in the camera lens.

  1. What a wonderful series of photos of the coast and the birds I think I see the sandpiper.
The tracks in the sand are also beautiful to see.

  10. So much to see, so much to enjoy, and so many ways to exercise all of one's naturalists skills. It seems that fewer and fewer people have any connection with the natural world and perhaps that explains why it is valued so little. I would have enjoyed being with you. All the best - David

  15. Hello Anu. I like the bird pictures of course and am also fascinated by your beach studies! I love looking at the sand when taking a long walk along the beach and your pictures make me feel as if I had just done that walk! Beautiful.
